this is your invitation to explore what is waiting to surface
Who am I?
I am a trauma attuned counsellor and breathwork facilitator.
I am a mother, a partner, a friend, a daughter, a sister, an aunty and a granddaughter.
I provide a safe and hygienic environment for individuals, couples and small groups to explore what is beyond our normal waking consciousness.
My relevant qualifications:
Bachelors of Science, Psychology
Graduate Diploma Counselling
Breathwork Facilitation
Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Certificate in Expressive Therapies & Mindfulness Based Therapies
I am on my personal journey of self exploration and healing. Along the way I discover different practices and feel called to share them with others who are seeking support on their journey.
What I Offer
Private breathwork 1:1 or Couples1:2
Are you curious about breathwork but seeking a private experience?
Couples breathwork sessions are designed as a relational experience. This is an opportunity to explore yourself and deepen into layers of your relationship.
If you are preparing for a plant medicine journey, breathwork can help with preparation.
Group breathwork
Breathwork in community is a collective experience.
We breath together and after we have all returned - we share. We connect with one another and take turns reflecting our internal experience.
I advertise group events on my social media accounts and HUMANITIX.
Integration
Do you have experiences in non-ordinary states that you would like to explore now that you've returned to the day to day?
The experiences might be 40+ years ago or last week.
Integration is the difference between having an experience that temporarily takes you outside of your reality versus having one that changes your reality.
What my clients have to say...
J. D. - Wisconsin, U.S.A
"I felt safe in my space to dive deep into the work and felt as though Rheanna had each of our individual needs as a priority. She was very in tune with what was going on with everyone. She answered our questions openly and honestly. It was an experience that everyone should try at least once in their life!”
Stephanie Oster - Wisconsin, U.S.A
"Having been my first session, I was a bit nervous and uncertain about what to expect. Rheanna had this way about her that disintegrated those feelings the moment I walked in. I felt very comfortable, safe, and simply followed her gentle guidance from beginning to end. Breathwork is very unique and nearly indescribable. I was left feeling very at peace, happy, unburdened, and reinvigorated. Rheanna’s guidance was warm, professional, and she was able to bring the group together in such a wonderful way."
Kim Bailey - Adelaide, South Australia
"We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses"
Carl Jung
